Your permission

You may edit, print, keep backups, and share relevant completed copies with your partner, helpers, venue and suppliers for your own event. Do not resell or publicly redistribute the reusable templates. Your own event data remains yours.

What the kit does

The kit organizes a handoff of confirmed plans. It does not replace a wedding coordinator, supplier agreements or professional advice. Confirm actual deadlines, access requirements and schedules with the responsible suppliers.

File requirements

Use a PDF reader that supports saving forms, or print and write. Save, close and reopen before sharing. A plain-text card is included as a fallback. PDF fields do not calculate, and files do not synchronize. Optional XLSX files need a compatible spreadsheet app. There is no hosted Google Docs or Canva template.
